We only use whole cuts of 100% British beef in our burgers, smashing a fresh, seasoned with just a pinch of salt and pepper after cooking. Hand-packed ball of meat on a hot grill - result in a delicious burger standing alone in taste, texture, and juiciness. Add butter-toasted artisan buns, real cheeses, freshly chopped produce, and robust sauces, and you've got a burger with no comparison!

Using our customized metal smasher, we press each patty onto the hot grill to sear for 10 seconds. This caramelizes the patty and creates a flavorful crust, forcing the juices and flavor in the meat upwards.

By cooking all of our burgers juicy and well done we are able to achieve two goals:

• and meet or exceed health code standards for ground beef.
